Democrats’ “Islamophobia Envoy” Plan Aims To Enable Great Replacement In The West

Maybe the remaining Amnesty Trojan Horse provisions in the Build Back Better bill will be a casualty of the chaos caused by West Virginia Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin’s dramatic Sunday decision [Manchin pulls support for Biden’s $1.75 trillion social spending plan, by Stefan Stefan, Ed O'Keefe, CBS, December 19, 2021]. But the War against the West goes on: in a party-line vote last week, House Democrats passed an insidious bill committing the U.S. to combat “Islamophobia” all over the world, establishing a “Special Envoy” at the State Department to do it. The bill was introduced by none other than Somali refugee Rep. Ilhan Omar, who was inspired to push for it after Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert joked Omar was a member of the “Jihad Squad” [House responds to GOP’s Boebert with Islamophobia bill, Associated Press, December 15, 2021]. It empowers Leftist bureaucrats to punish their political enemies and to coddle terrorists and represents the latest push by the Democratic Party to suppress the Historic American Nation and censor free speech. If allowed to pass, it would further the Potomac Regime’s credentials as the great Anti-White power on the world stage.

The bill’s text is an atrocity. For one thing, it doesn’t even define what “Islamophobia” is. It’s assumed the reader will just know what it is and that we can trust the Special Envoy to understand this problem for us. It defines the purpose of the envoy as “[m]onitoring and combating acts of Islamophobia and Islamophobic incitement that occur in foreign countries.”

But the text does give examples of what “acts of Islamophobia” the envoy must look out for:

(A) acts of physical violence against, or harassment of, Muslim people, and acts of violence against, or vandalism of, Muslim community institutions, including schools, mosques, and cemeteries;

(B) instances of propaganda in government and nongovernment media that attempt to justify or promote racial hatred or incite acts of violence against Muslim people;

(C) the actions, if any, taken by the government of the country to respond to such violence and attacks or to eliminate such propaganda or incitement;

(D) the actions taken by such government to enact and enforce laws relating to the protection of the right to religious freedom of Muslim people;

(E) the efforts of such government to promote anti-bias and tolerance education; and

(F) any instances of forced labor, reeducation, or the presence of concentration camps, such as those targeting the Uyghurs in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China;

This opens a Pandora’s Box of possibilities. As Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene points out, if a European country enacts restrictions against Muslims in response to terror attacks, would it now be subject to sanctions from the U.S. State Department? Would the centrist government of Emmanuel Macron in France be punished for cracking down on radical Islam? Would immigration restriction count as “Islamophobia” if Muslim migrants are the most affected? Would a state have to erase burka bans and censor depictions of Muhammad to stay in the good graces of the State Department? Would America sanction India for its strong internal measures against Muslims?

Greene worries that the Envoy would push America to “declare Jihad on any foreign country that does not submit to Islam.” The Georgia congresswoman also debunked the very idea of “Islamophobia” — “It’s not irrational to fear Islamic terrorism or a religion that states its goal is world domination and the death of infidels.”

Fortunately, every House Republican voted against the bill. Some were a little squishy about it — for example, Texas Rep. Michael McCaul said he liked the “spirit and intent” of the legislation. But he voted against it because he understood it “could be used against legitimate speech for partisan purposes.” It’s very suspicious McCaul would find the spirit and intent of the bill sympathetic at all, but at least he understood its threat to free speech. Most Republicans who publicly criticized it recognized that angle [Amid caustic rhetoric, House votes to combat Islamophobia, by Andrew Desiderio, Politico, December 14, 2021].

But, ironically but appropriately, Democrats nevertheless censored debate over the bill encouraging censorship. Pennsylvania’s Rep. Scott Perry, who is set to take over the House Freedom Caucus, strongly lambasted the bill and Rep. Omar on the House floor. “American taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to pay terrorist organizations, organizations that the maker of this bill is affiliated with, like the one that’s an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror finance case in the United States of America’s history,” Perry said. The group he referred to is the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which was an unindicted co-conspirator in a terror finance case in 2008. Omar speaks at the group’s functions [Republican Rebuked for Anti-Muslim Remarks in ‘Islamophobia’ Debate, by Jonathan Weisman, New York Times, December 14, 2021].

The statement outraged Democrats, who demanded the House parliamentarian strike Perry’s words from the official record. The parliamentarian did so and prohibited Perry from speaking any further. It’s apparently “Islamophobic” to point out uncomfortable facts.

It should also be noted that Omar and her allies want Boebert to be removed from her committee assignments for her “Islamophobic” joke. They want the bill’s intent to apply to Congress as well [Amid caustic rhetoric, House votes to combat Islamophobia, by Andrew Desiderio, Politico, December 14, 2021].

President Biden has endorsed the Islamophobia bill and no Senate Democrats appear opposed to it. But it will not make it through the Senate unless at least 10 Republicans break ranks. Even though there are some definite squishes in the Senate, it’s unlikely any of them will do so. Even horrible Republicans such as Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger voted against the bill in the House. (The possible reason: cucky Republicans worry the Envoy will be used against Israel, a big no-no for them).

While it is reassuring the bill has little chance of becoming law, it is concerning that Democrats would like it to become so and are only prevented by the threat of a Senate filibuster from doing so. The Islamophobia Envoy reflects the defining feature of the modern Left: anti-white racism. Even though non-white countries such as India and China could be considered “Islamophobic,” the primary purpose of the Envoy would be to nag and condemn white Western countries.

It’s all in keeping with the Biden administration’s commitment to racial “equity” — not, note, “equality. One of Biden’s first speeches as president declared racial “equity” as the guiding principle for all of the executive branch and that will also determine America’s foreign policy going forward:

We’ve taken steps to acknowledge and address systemic racism and the scourge of white supremacy in our own country. Racial equity will not just be an issue for one department in our administration, it has to be the business of the whole of government in all our federal policies and institutions.

All this matters to foreign policy, because when we host the Summit of Democracy early in my administration to rally the nations of the world to defend democracy globally, to push back the authoritarianism’s advance, we’ll be a much more credible partner because of these efforts to shore up our own foundations. Biden’s ambassador to the UN, the mulatta Linda Thomas-Greenfield, pictured below, demonstrated this new focus in April when she said that “white supremacy is “weaved… into our founding documents and principles.” It’s quite the message for one of America’s main representatives to the world to say we are a white supremacist country.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken must believe this as well. He invited the United Nations to conduct a thorough investigation of America’s racism last summer. “Responsible nations must not shrink from scrutiny of their human rights record; rather, they should acknowledge it with the intent to improve,” he said at the time. “I urge all UN member states to join the United States in this effort, and confront the scourge of racism, racial discrimination, and xenophobia” [Secretary of State Antony Blinken welcomes UN probe of ‘racism’ in US, by Aaron Feis, New York Post, December 14, 2021].

In May, Blinken encouraged American embassies to display Black Lives Matter flags and propaganda. The display would apparently “promote policy objectives to advance racial equity and support for underserved communities” [US embassies authorized to hang Black Lives Matter flags, banners on anniversary of Floyd’s murder, by Conor Finnegan, ABC News, May 26, 2021].

While Islamic terror continues to remain a threat, the American government prefers to focus on the phantom of “white supremacist” terrorism. The feds list this as the greatest danger to America in order to pressure tech companies to censor free speech and to direct law enforcement attention to dissident groups.

Islamic radicals, on the other hand, need to be defended from Islamophobia.

The Islamophobia Envoy fits right in among these priorities. The goal is to suppress white dissent so that the Great Replacement is easier to enact. The Islamophobia Envoy is in effect Critical Race Theory being weaponized on the world’s stage to defend the Number One Terror threat from any criticism. It’s pathetic.

Immigration patriots must realize that the Historic American Nation’s fate depends on downsizing the evil empire’s apparatus. The same poison they’re imposed on the rest of the world is also being shoveled down our throats.
