The course of action for the parents of the five students sent home on Cinco de Mayo for wearing tee-shirts with the American flag is clear: sue the Santa Cruz county district immediately! The chances are excellent that the school district will quickly settle out of court. Take it from someone who is on the inside — nothing terrifies school bureaucrats more than the thought of law suits based on diversity conflicts.
