How stupid can the Hispanics get? This is a great deal for them.
It opens the floodgates and they are railing that it is racist, not enough. This is the unique situation where the group that wants it the most is preventing it from happening.
When Trump proposed this, I thought Democrats would vote for it (along with all, or most of the Republicans) and we were doomed. Maybe it would be stopped in the Senate. Who knows?
