DALLAS — Police looking for suspect in the murder of a 52-year-old man in Far North Dallas. The department says Jairo Gonzalez was shot multiple times near 14100 Montford Road just before midnight Tuesday.
Sixteen years ago the neighborhood was still majority white with a large number of blacks. And it was relatively crime-free.
No longer.
Now it’s a Third World slum in many areas.
