I agree with Derb with respect to the immediate future — his second scenario, restriction is most likely for say the next 10-15 years. However, I see restriction as unstable, a "non-equilibrium" position. Eventually either scenario three, rejection or four, surrender will obtain. I suspect even Germans will rise up when they see the Poles and Hungarians have better lives, without millions of Moslems and Africans.
