Consider adding this angle to immigration enforcement reform bill HR 4437: empower every state, city, and county to bill a local employer for the total cost of all public services provided to any illegal aliens the business has employed.

This of course would be in addition to criminal penalties leveled against the employer.

Can you imagine how the broke but bloodthirsty state, city, and/or county governments would get into the act trying to extract more revenue?

Greenough, a Boston native who spent 25 years in Connecticut as a life insurance executive, is retired.
