When is the U.S. going to "complain" about Mexican Military incursions into the U.S.? You know the ones, the ones that BP are not allowed to put into written reports.

James Fulford writes: Such complaints would normally be the responsibility of the Executive Branch. The President, as Commander-in-Chief is responsible for guarding the border, and he’s also in charge of Homeland Security. As Head of Government, he’s also in charge of the State Department, so he can tell the American Ambassador to Mexico to make a protest. Strangely enough, he hasn’t done so.
