Here’s my suggestion: for the month of October leading up to Halloween, create an inexpensive image or three-dimensional prop of a phantom that represents the Phantom of Systemic Racism!
We should mock and ridicule the notion of systemic racism into oblivion.
And we can be creative and enjoy ourselves along the way.
