My elderly parents and I just returned from the Trappist Monastery at the Genesee Abbey, in Upstate New York. Their breads are popular up here, and monastery is a beautiful place.

They have a store where they sell books and the foods they make, especially their breads. Lo and behold, what are the good monks selling? It’s Holiday Bread!

The wrapping is green, white and red, with their Trappist monk logo. It is labeled as a "Special Bread for Special Times". There is a cross on the label.
