The word "reconquista" has bugged me for a long time.
The concept is fine, though, although it is overdone.
Why would anyone agitate for a return of the Southwest to Mexico when they can get their politicians elected, e.g., Fabian Nuñez and Antonio Villaraigosa, and still get money from Uncle Sugar?
But "reconquista" is the act. The person should be "reconquistador"
You don’t have to be an anti-xenophobe use words, even foreign ones, properly.
