I was listening to Coast to Coast recently and they talked about the bedbug thing. They said it started in high-end hotels, from "them rich white folk" traveling round the world, bringing them back. And that they are DDT resistant or something … but IMMIGRATION was never mentioned, other than to blame white, rich folk.
Dad went to Africa tons of times, never brought any back, and South America also, in the 60s and 70s.
This is the most popular radio station in America.
