Whites, on average, have been endowed with larger brains than blacks. Because of this, again, on average, they have greater intelligence, creativity, self-discipline and ability to delay gratification. As a result, on average, whites are more successful in most pursuits that matter today. Of course, lest whites become smug, they should keep in mind that certain Asian groups, on average, have even larger brains.
If we could talk about this openly and honestly, then perhaps whites would be open to discussing what, if anything, the ancient concept of noblesse oblige teaches regarding what the more fortunate owe those less fortunate in the lottery of life. Similarly, blacks could discuss whether they want to be treated as a protected class, like children, or whether they would prefer to be treated as full adults, let the chips fall where they may.
Bottom line, white privilege refers to the fact that whites have bigger brains. Nevertheless, it is extremely important to keep in mind that this difference and the resulting consequences refer to statistical averages and not necessarily to any specific individual.
By James Fulford writes: I was going write that the well-known differences in average IQ weren’t quite as simple as larger brain size, but Phil Rushton showed that they almost are that simple [Brain size, IQ, and racial-group differences: Evidence from musculoskeletal traits, Intelligence, March–April 2003].
Also, noblesse oblige is a good thing, and if you don’t realize that your IQ is hereditary like your skin color or hair color, you may be tempted to believe that your success is due to being morally superior.
But white privilege theory is almost the opposite of this: advocates believe that blacks have secretly, or innately, the same IQ as whites, but it doesn’t show in tests, and it doesn’t show in school admissions, or in financial success either.
Steve Sailer calls thisIbram X. Kendiism, after its most notable proponent, the anti-racist educator who had a 3.0 GPA in high school, and scored just over a 1000 on his SATS:
There’s something wrong with the exam school tests — not with Black and Latinx children
To tell the truth about standardized tests is to tell the story of the eugenicists who created and popularized these tests in the United States more than a century ago.

Of course, it really goes back to the Griggsdecision in 1971, barring IQ tests because of "disparate impact". I've written this repeatedly:
The message of Griggs and "disparate impact" theory: if minorities fail tests at a higher rate than whites, it’s the test that’s wrong."
But Ibram X. Kendi gets more money for saying it … and believing it … than I do.
