Patrick Kennedy is an empty suit and a terrible legislator.
Kennedy got his name in the newspaper often enough but for all the wrong reasons like drug abuse and drunken driving.
The hope throughout Rhode Island is that Kennedy’s resignation because of his inevitable defeat will reach Senate immigration enthusiasts Sheldon Whitehouse and Jack Reed.
Both, with their "F" grades, are as bad as Kennedy.
For all their years controlling Rhode Island politics, the Democrats have done nothing for the state.
Fricke lives in Kennedy’s 1st Congressional District
