On Friday during the Limbaugh show, WOR 710 ran the same story they ran during Thursday’s show — people in Jamaica, NY say that Trump incited a climate of hatred and is responsible for the stabbing death of a Muslim woman.
Ali Najmi, an attorney and community activist took to social media to voice his dismay with the matter, attributing some of the attacks to the country’s current political climate. There aren’t a lot of white Trump voters in Jamaica, and they don’t do much of the stabbing. If it had been a white woman, the story would have been about a "robbery gone wrong". Instead, NYC cops assigned the case to the Hate Crimes bureau.“Three murders targeting Muslims in Queens in less than a month,” Najmi wrote in a Facebook post. “It is very clear that there is an increase in targeted violence against the Muslim community in New York. Hate is on the rise. Donald Trump, please tone it down. My condolences to the family of Nazma Khanam, stabbed to death while walking home last night. Things are getting very scary and out of hand.”
