Re: Peter Brimelow’s blog post Francis’ Speech To Congress: Is The Pope Catholic? Or Just Silly And Stupid?
From: Kit Brewer
How much did the Pope’s visit cost the American Taxpayer? Did Billy Graham ever receive Secret Service protection?
These questions sprang to my mind as I watched Pope Francis, the idiot, proclaim "We, the people of this continent, are not fearful of foreigners, because most of us once were foreigners." What the … ? We're not? We were?
Many people I know are fearful of foreigners and, despite the best efforts of multi-culturalists and billionaires, the majority of us were born here.
I tried to overlook the halting English. After all, I can’t speak Spanish. But I couldn’t overlook the dull bovine eyes and the constant silly smile, both of which I think betray a startling lack on intelligence.
This is the best The Catholic Church has to offer?
I don’t doubt the Pope needs protection. But for the American taxpayer to pick up the tab for being lectured by a seemingly retarded, pompous Pope? That’s wrong.
See previous letters from Kit Brewer.
By James Fulford writes: Pope Francis is an Argentinian by birth, and an Italian — like the late General Galtieri — by ancestry. I suppose that’s what he means by "once were foreigners" — not American Indians, blah, blah, blah. What I don’t understand is why he thinks Argentina is on the same continent as the United States of America.
