Collins' take on the language qualification for golf purses is insightful.
If I were to emigrate to Stockholm or Venice, I would expect to be required to learn Swedish or Italian.
I might have a problem with establishing English or French as Canada’s or Belgium’s national languages: history and tradition in those countries dictate the prudence of dual national languages.
