I have sent out letters to my Senator, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and my Congressman, James Sensenbrenner of Wisconsin requesting that they vote against Lamar Smith’s E-verify bill.
It’s ironic that at a time when many states are finally taking action against illegal immigration, Lamar Smith comes up with a bill supported by the Chamber of Commerce, The National Home Builders and the National Restaurant Association.
All of these organizations are notorious advocates of Open Borders and illegal alien amnesty. We are now supposed to believe that these organizations have suddenly become pro-immigration enforcement? I don’t think so.
