It is wonderfully refreshing to see the Birthright Citizenship issue as well as the 14th Amendment as a public controversy. Just getting the issue raised is an enormous victory and it is likely we will win. Remember that gay "marriage" becoming a controversy was an enormous first step for proponents of the practice. Patriotic immigration reformers however cannot count on the courts to rule in favor of ending Birthright Citizenship.
The problem is that the Judiciary is filled with either collaborators or full-fledged members of the Minority Occupation Government.
Case in point, Judge Olu Stevens, who freed a black criminal due to the "racism" of a 3 year old.
The 9th Circuit Court is notorious in supporting aliens: Administrative Amnesty Expands To Judicial Amnesty.
Indeed Peter Brimelow commented back in 2009 that, " … the Supreme Court is making it all up as it goes along. And that’s one reason why I think the impeachment [of Judges] is important."
In other words, we cannot rely on the courts. To win we need to pass an amendment that ends Birthright Citizenship.
