Re: A Southern Illinois Reader Wonders If Florida Whites Will Protest In Favor Of George Zimmerman
From: An Anonymous Reader
Now we know, if we didn’t before, that all our e-mails, internet postings, telephone calls, chats and tweets are being recorded by Big Brother exactly as predicted by George Orwell in his novel 1984.
We also know that any attempt by American citizens to organize themselves in any way, shape or form to take action against government malfeasance will brand them as "patriot — "which nowadays is considered subversive. This evidence will be stored forever in their permanent files, just waiting to be used against them someday, somehow.
So, prudent, thoughtful Americans who believe that George Zimmerman is being railroaded are effectively muzzled. This is prior restraint at its finest!
On the other hand, we can reasonably expect that, if George Zimmerman is acquitted, we will witness plenty of people engaging in organized protests.
What will Big Brother do with the information it has collected about them?
