Perhaps VDARE.COM should explore how foreign educational systems compare to those in the U.S. and analyze the consequences that result from hiring immigrants with backgrounds that appear the same on paper but are not.

I am personally experiencing a bad work situation involving an immigrant worker from India with a much over-stated resume.

Beside myself, three other people interviewed this woman including a human resources administrator. She was hired based on her graduation from a college in India with advanced business school training, including experience with multiple programming languages.

I had high expectations for the new hire and was confident she had the skills and training to make an immediate contribution. She had repeatedly assured us during the interview that she would work hard.

It has now been five months since she was hired and I am in total shock as to her terrible performance and complete lack of initiative and motivation. I would rate her actual work performance and skill set as high school graduate level rather than college.

Her computer skills are minimal, as she can’t even create basic mathematical formulas like summing in an Excel spreadsheet. She was hired as a financial analyst but can’t identify or apply any of the common business ratios.

And not surprising her communication is absolutely awful. She winds up forwarding most of her telephone calls and emails to me for responses.

Knowing how to exploit the American labor market by falsely advertising herself is her real talent.

And today she announced she is pregnant. I’m sure she will quickly learn her benefits on leave of absence under the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Isn’t mass immigration great? Not!
