It’s good news that Officer Edward Nero was acquitted, the actions of an obviously anti-white prosecutor regardless.But let’s give credit where credit is due.
As Andrew McCarthy noted, Nero wisely chose a bench trial given the political climate in Baltimore, where jurors might have been afraid to acquit.
Barry Williams, the judge who did the right thing, as Spike Lee might say, is black.
He is a man of integrity and courage.
