Black People and Dogs — Another Reason We Can’t All Get Along

White people seem willing to give up just about everything in the name of diversity — their neighborhoods, their livelihoods, their very lives.

But dogs?

That’s a tough one. Because on the list of Stuff White People Like, dogs are like, way high up there. In caveman days of the northern climes, you see, we became mutually dependent with dogs, who guarded our fire-circle camps from predators in exchange for scraps.

Today, we love our dogs. There are only six known instances of white people who don’t like dogs.

Further south, black people did not become friends with dogs. African dogs were more along the lines of predators of black people, leading to feelings of fear and disgust. Like the type displayed by this woman:

Woman Screams At Veteran For Bringing PTSD Service Dog Into Restaurant, The Political Insider, September 19, 2017

A woman has gained internet infamy after she was filmed going absolutely ballistic on a veteran for bringing his PTSD service dog into a restaurant.

It’s unclear at which restaurant and where this despicable display took place, but the woman spent three minutes shouting in both the faces of the handler and the dog about how disgusting it was that the service animal was in the restaurant.

“It’s nasty to me,” she can be seen screaming in the video. “There should be a separate section for a f***ing animal!”

At one point a waitress stands up for the veteran and his dog, saying, “He’s allowed because he fought for our country.” But that only set the woman off more, who also turned her rage on the staff and other diners. Watch below, but be warned: She uses extremely foul and disrespectful language.

Eventually the staff and other diners kicked the horrible woman out and locked the door behind her, but this altercation should never have happened in the first place. This man did not serve our country to come home and be treated this way. And who in the world yells at a service dog? Someone with a black hole where a heart used to be, that’s who.[More]

Well, actually, as you can see, it’s someone who’s black:

My explanation above may or may not be scientific, but something like it must explain the notable difference in the affection felt for dogs by blacks and whites.

And it means that a vet with PTSD can’t have lunch without getting screamed at by a black woman who objects to his service dog.

I recall two couch delivery men showing up to my place, both black. They refused to come out of the truck until our dog was removed from the premises. The delivery almost didn’t happen.

White delivery men never react this way.
