omission of “prosecutorial discretion” and the commission of handing out five million Get Out of Jail, Free cards. Prosecutors get to overlook cases they don’t have time for, but “prosecutorial discretion” doesn’t extend to printing up millions of work permits.
Now we’ll see if the Supreme Court gets it.
