Ross Douthat is gracious in acknowledging his debt to Steve Sailer for an item in his book Grand New Party.This was politely pointed out by Steve Sailer in

his Sunday column (which included a fundraising appeal — please give generously) along with Steve’s note that certain things are not "career safe" to write about.
