The transformation of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) by the Biden Regime into a political police directed against founding stock of the United States, white Americans, has been done with a speed and thoroughness that even I once thought would be difficult.
Most are aware of the problematic nature of some DHS components and I have been quite blunt about the Deep State in ICE SVU and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USICS). However, the Deep State now runs every aspect of DHS, including now identifying any American who opposes Joe Biden and his ongoing amnesty or knows that Joe Biden was fraudulently elected as an Enemy of the State.
It is Stalinism at its most paranoid, and led by a former alien, a naturalized “American,” Alejandro Mayorkas, who is alienated from the founding American stock, i.e., he hates white, Christian, heterosexual, Americans. Clearly we have a problem with immigrants, especially immigrants who want to jail every native America for daring to see the truth about the fraudulent 2020 Presidential election.
Fortunately, we now have the fraud on video thanks to Dinesh D’Souza, a patriotic naturalized American, unlike Mayorkas, who hates his host nation.
DHS is creating a new apparatus of terror, not unlike that from the Great Terror that persecuted the host white Christians of Holy Mother Russia, led by Genrikh Yagoda and Nikolai Yezhov, and its Great Eye has turned its unholy gaze on the historic American nation.
The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information [Link in the original] (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors. These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence. Mass casualty attacks and other acts of targeted violence conducted by lone offenders and small groups acting in furtherance of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances pose an ongoing threat to the nation. While the conditions underlying the heightened threat landscape have not significantly changed over the last year, the convergence of the following factors has increased the volatility, unpredictability, and complexity of the threat environment: (1) the proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions; (2) continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents; and (3) calls by foreign terrorist organizations for attacks on the United States based on recent events.
[Summary of Terrorism Threat to the U.S. Homeland, unattributed, DHS Bulletin, February 7, 2022]
This is all lies. The problems with the 2020 election were widespread and real. Throughout the nation, election laws passed by State Legislatures on how elections are run were bypassed by courts and executive branch officials, from ballot drop-boxes to not matching voter signatures on mail-in ballots, to publicly organized fraud campaigns. To say that any criticism of the elections of 2020 is somehow related to terrorism is a lie and a lie motivated by partisan benefit for the Democrat Party and the new secret police chiefs, Mayorkas and Merrick Garland.
The bulletin authors are anonymous, and for good reason as they are committing criminal acts by making false statement on official documents (Title 18 United States Code (USC) Section 1001), creating a false record as part of a Federal investigation (Title 18 USC Section 1519 Creation of a False Record), and the Hatch Act, which prohibits partisan activity by Federal employees. The bulletin is filled with falsifications, distortions, and outright lies, all to further the partisan political goals of Joe Biden.
The proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions:
For example, there is widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19. Grievances associated with these themes inspired violent extremist attacks during 2021.
The United States government institutions have a serious problem as to credibility; just as examples are the statements by the Surgeon General and Anthony Fauci that masks had no effect on viruses, but who then reversed themselves to claim that any mask would stop the Covid-19 virus, to new information that the masks most people wore, cotton masks, were ineffective. And then there is the enormous effort Fauci made to cover up information on the Chinese laboratory origin of Covid-19. Then add in the growing problem of vaccine injuries and deaths.
It has never been that DHS considered that criticism of the United States government or information considered by partisan actors to be false was related to any indicator of terrorism. Even under the Jorge Bush Administration, DHS never considered being Muslim, criticizing the Iraq War, or saying the government lies to the people were indicators of terrorism, nor was any such information used in any official analysis of terrorist threats.
This is the first time that the terms “misinformation,” “disinformation,” and “malinformation” have been used in DHS intelligence products. Disinformation is an old term, only used to describe a particular KGB propaganda tactic during the Cold War, generally designed to cause revolution, riots, and hate against the United States.
It is not an accepted intelligence term in domestic law enforcement; it is a political and intelligence term, not to be used by law enforcement officers. (It is the basis to a great Cold War novel, The Spike, by Arnaud de Borchgrave and Robert Moss.) “Malinformation” is a term so new my spell check says it is a misspelling of “misinformation.” So, even the words used to describe a claimed terrorist threat are falsifications of the highest degree.
Continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents:
The only calls for violence in the past five years were from groups like Antifa and BLM. The implication here is that there are some shadowy militia or right-wing groups out there threatening or committing violence, but all violence has been from left-wing and non-White Muslim illegal aliens, as witness the only actual attack cited in the bulletin:
The recent attack on a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas highlights the continuing threat of violence based upon racial or religious motivations, as well as threats against faith-based organizations.
Then we are brought back to the “public trust in government institutions,” which is at record lows and part of a partisan divide, which is of no concern of DHS and its security mission, nor of any relationship to fighting terrorism. What is related to stopping violence and terrorism is having a secure border, which DHS has deliberately opened to millions of unvetted illegal aliens, including terrorists. The failure to control the border is one of the reasons why Americans distrust governmental institutions. Is anyone surprised that public trust in the government is falling when Mayorkas publicly states that illegal aliens will not be arrested?
The lies continue, but now mis, dis, and malinformation are “false or misleading narratives online,” which suggests that Mayorkas and Biden are planning on taking action to shut down any opposition to the Biden Dictatorship on the web.
Foreign terrorist organizations and domestic threat actors continue to amplify pre-existing false or misleading narratives online to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions.
Then the bulletin claims the mis, dis, and malinformation are leading to actual terrorist attacks, but then walks that back, saying it “could lead” to terrorism.
Some of these actors do so to encourage unrest, which could lead to acts of violence against the facilities, individuals, institutions, and organizations cited above.
Violent extremists inspired by a range of grievances and ideologies continue to target crowded venues traditionally perceived to be soft targets, such as commercial and publicly accessible facilities, public gatherings, certain government and state facilities, and houses of worship.
DHS then cites an obvious false threat to black institutions. This series of threats is so obviously fraudulent and committed by blacks that it shocks the conscience that it would be cited by a law enforcement agency.
Then we get the China Flu nonsense.
Meanwhile, COVID-19 mitigation measures — particularly COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates — have been used by domestic violent extremists to justify violence since 2020 and could continue to inspire these extremists to target government, healthcare, and academic institutions that they associate with those measures.
No incidents are referenced, which is the norm for this bulletin. The only actual incidents identified as hate are one by an illegal alien brown Muslim and the other has yet to identify a suspect or motivation. There has been no violence over Covid-19, except for hate attacks by blacks on Asians. And none of those blacks have been charged federally and none investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or DHS.
So, why the lies? It’s simple. This bulletin is a partisan love letter to Joe Biden and hits all the Democrat talking points for the upcoming Congressional elections. This is reminiscent of the Obama Regime targeting libertarians, gun owners, and returning veterans with allegations of being terrorists.
Some will also remember the DHS attack on Jared Taylor and American Renaissance by the Obama Regime DHS funded Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC) [Federale On American Renaissance Lynch Mob Trigger, by Patrick Cleburne, VDare, January 12, 2011].
My original take is here saved by the Wayback Machine after my first blog was deleted by Google [The DHS Memorandum, by Federale, Federale Blog, January 10, 2011].
Under the Obama Regime, local intelligence centers like ACTIC were part of the DHS-funded Fusion Centers designed to develop and share intelligence on criminal and security issues. I was a liaison with a fusion center and a trained counter-terrorism officials in my agency for a number of years. The work of the fusion center that I worked with was of much higher quality than that of the ACTIC. I don’t recall any politicized or low quality information being created or disseminated by my center. It was just the facts.
But given the rush to make DHS and the FBI into secret police organizations, everything is out the window. Some components of DHS will resist longer than others. ICE SUV will lead the transformation into a secret police directed against the American people; other components of DHS, like the Border Patrol and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), will be less compliant with the new and illegal behavior.
Of course, ICE SVU will be less competent than the FBI, as being the Sex Police is not good training for being a Chekist. Mark my words, though, we are entering into a communist police state. It will come to blood. And it will not be pretty.
