As the Biden Regime prepares to end Title 42 public-health expulsions for illegals at the southwest border, Border Patrol agents are preparing the frightening deluge of penniless vagrants to worsen. Almost 50,000 are massed in Mexico. But Biden has a hassle-free plan to import the colonists: “Prelegalize” them, or grant de facto asylum, before they cross the border illegally.

“A Border Patrol intelligence alert warns the situation along the southwest border is expected to worsen as tens of thousands of migrants prepare to move to the United States border from southern Mexico,” Breitbart’s Randy Clark has reported:
According to a source within [Customs and Border Protection], the report, sent via official email, advises Border Patrol agents that more than 40,000 migrants in southern Mexico may soon head north.
The report, reviewed by Breitbart Texas, indicates more than 30,000 migrants are believed to be staged in the Mexican State of Chiapas along the Mexico/Guatemala border. The destination of these migrants was not revealed in the alert. …
[M]igrants positioned in Chiapas are currently seeking travel documents … to begin the journey north and legally leave the Mexican border state. Absent the issuance of permits from Mexico’s National Institute of Migration (INM), the migrants will have to travel through the country illegally.

Some 10,000-15,000 in Oaxaca are likely headed for El Paso, Texas.

One way to handle them so border agents don’t apprehend them, which also hides the invasion, is “prelegalizing” them, Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies has explained:
Buried deep within DHS’s “Update on Southwest Border Security and Preparedness Ahead of Court-Ordered Lifting of Title 42” is a “6-pillar” plan … wherein Mexican authorities hand off immigrants directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at ports of entry all along the southern border. These migrants are already tentatively approved while inside Mexico and set up for quick U.S. work authorization after they are hand-delivered to CBP inside port buildings and admitted into the nation.

CBP also developed capability within the CBP One mobile application to support advanced information submission and appointment scheduling at Ports of Entry (POEs) by noncitizens. This lawful process will increase the capacity of CBP to process intending asylum seekers at POEs after the lifting of the Title 42 public health order.
