Great Replacement Update — New Mexico: State High Court Removes Citizenship Requirement To Practice Law

Earlier: Deep State Saboteurs In EOIR Immigration “Courts” Can’t Even Keep Out Illegal Alien LAWYERS

New Mexico’s Supreme Court has officially joined the Treason Lobby to help forward the Great Replacement. On August 19, the court officially declared that lawyers needn’t be citizens to practice law. Predicted result: They will argue cases before the U.S. Supreme Court on birthright citizenship or major immigration cases.

The NM Supreme Court approved an amendment to the State Bar admissions rules that will extend licensing to practice law to all qualifying applicants, no matter their citizenship or immigration status! The amendment takes effect starting this October 1, 2022. @NM_Dream_Team #nmpol pic.twitter.com/00E9XzfyJ5

“License to practice law shall not be denied based solely on the applicant’s citizenship or immigration status,” the court has ruled [Rules Governing Admission to the Bar, Supremecourt.nmcourts.gov, August 19, 2022].

On Page 2 of the court’s ruling, this line is crossed out:

is a citizen or national of the United States, an immigrant alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States, or an alien otherwise authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

How many malpractice lawsuits this cosmically stupid ruling will invite we cannot predict. We can predict illegal-alien lawyers will appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, which does not require U.S. citizenship to apply for admission to that once august bar, but does require membership in a state bar. Illegal-alien lawyers are, of course, Treason Lobbyists. Take a look at Undoculawyer’s website and Twitter feed.

New Mexico is not alone:

Although there is no federal prohibition on state bars admitting undocumented immigrants, recently, the ABA issued a statement in support of a congressional resolution to amend the current relevant code section to provide even stronger protections for undocumented immigrants seeking admission to a state bar. As a result of DACA, many undocumented immigrants that are just reaching adulthood do not have to fear deportation. …

California, New York, and Florida have all made national headlines for admitting undocumented immigrants. However, these states are not alone. Illinois, Nebraska, and Wyoming also permit undocumented immigrants to be admitted to their state bars.

[Undocumented Immigrants Can Practice Law in the U.S., by George Khoury, FindLaw.com, August 18, 2017]

And illegal aliens who want to attend law school — undoubtedly on the taxpayers’ dime — just last year, Immigrants Rising published a guide that tutors illegals on applying [Law School Resource Guide for Undocumented Students: Getting To Law School, August 2021].

This kind of news inspires one to shout a simple question: When and where does the madness stop?!

“Immigration status won’t be a barrier to obtaining your law license now", said Irazoqui-Ruiz. “That opens up economic opportunity regardless of immigration status. … It has an effect on family and community.”
