Happy Halloween! Ban Terrorists, Not Terrorist Costumes

There are several different Wars on Halloween, but the main one at the moment is to the war against white people dressing up as non-white people, I. E. costume-phobia.
The fellow above is wearing an offensive costume — that’s not allowed. The guy at the right is an actual terrorist from Uzbekistan. That’s allowed. In fact, according to the Travel Ban judges, it’s mandatory.
That’s the really scary thing this Halloween.
