The Obama Administration is not only not enforcing immigration law but preventing states from enforcing the law. But Americans, those despised kulaks that keep the System limping along with their tax dollars, do have to follow the law.
The Obama administration is preparing the nation’s schools to accept thousands of new students who illegally crossed the southwest border and are now awaiting trials on their possible deportations.Naturally, public school districts will be devastated by this.A fact sheet from the Department of Education sent to states and schools on Monday highlights the children’s right to attend public school. It says all children in the United States “are entitled to equal access to a public elementary and secondary education, regardless of their or their parents’ actual or perceived national origin, citizenship, or immigration status.”[Obama prepares schools for migrant kids, by Mario Trujillo, The Hill, August 13, 2014]
Now some state officials are worried about the additional costs they'll endure from educating the children. "There are many consequences of the federal government’s failure to secure the border and the fiscal impact of educating unaccompanied alien children is certainly one of them," said Travis Considine, a spokesman for Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R).But don’t worry,
Francisco Negron, general council for the National School Board Association, said there is no question that schools will accommodate the children. If only the Obama Administration was "keenly aware" of the obligation to follow the law."Public schools are keenly aware of their obligations to follow the law," he said, the children "come to us to receive their services and they'll get them."
Since American life is, in large part, a struggle to make enough money to escape diversity and live in an area with what is delicately called a "good school system," these "migrant children" will have a devastating impact on many Americans. Schools will decline in quality, taxes will increase, those who can afford it will try to move away and those left behind will be faced with a ruined community. Every aspect of this policy simply makes life worse for taxpayers and citizens. But look at the multicultural kiddies The Hill included in its article! What, do you hate children?
