Let’s suppose for a minute that the president and the rest of the open borders lobby lost the battle on illegal immigration and secure borders and the U.S. House bill (HR 4437) were passed by the Congress ( come on, try hard, this is my fantasy) — and went to the President’s desk? Can you imagine the Bush "signing statement" — assuming (don’t) the President didn’t use his second veto … ever?
