Illegal Alien Cop Killer Mexican Goes to Trial in California

The trial of cop killer Luis Bracamontes started earlier this week in Sacramento. Actually, the illegal alien Mexican admits he killed two officers on a lengthy crime spree.

There’s no dispute that Bracamontes killed Sacramento County Deputy Danny Oliver, left, and Placer County Detective Michael David Davis Jr.

Pam Davis Owens, the aunt of one of the officers, appeared on Fox News Thursday and said, “I feel the justice system has let us all down. Number one, it shouldn’t have taken this long to get to court, and it’s protecting him. I don’t understand it.”

The killer has been acting up in court, probably to portray himself as a nut case and avoid the death penalty which has apparently not been eradicated in Jerry Brown’s California. Bracamonte was described in 2014 after his arrest as “super nice, decent hard-working, trying to figure out how to make a living” by a Utah woman who had hired him to mow her lawn so he didn’t appear crazy then. His courtroom antics have gotten a lot of attention which seems to be the plan to back up an insanity defense.

These murders by an illegal alien are another black mark for increasingly unsafe California, just weeks after the Mexican killer of Kate Steinle got off with barely a hand slap.

Luis Bracamontes was ejected from his trial for the third straight day Thursday after he began mouthing off at the partner of the Sacramento sheriff’s deputy he is accused of killing in 2014.

Moments after Deputy Scott Brown entered the courtroom to begin testimony, Bracamontes began smiling broadly and appeared to say, “Good morning, Officer Brown” and continued making comments toward him.

Sacramento Superior Court Judge Steve White immediately barked, “Be quiet,” then had the two juries leave the courtroom.

White told Bracamontes he had the right to attend court but could not continue to disrupt proceedings and had him removed.

“Please take him away,” the judge told deputies, who escorted the heavily shackled prisoner away.

Bracamontes, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico who was repeatedly deported and sneaked back across the border, is accused of killing two deputies on Oct. 24, 2014, and Brown is scheduled to testify about the beginning of the rampage in the Motel 6 parking lot near Arden Fair Mall.

Brown’s partner, Danny Oliver, was killed that morning when the two deputies approached a car in the parking lot.

Authorities say Oliver was shot in the head by Bracamontes and that he then turned his fire on Brown, who ran for cover through the parking lot and returned fire.
