Jeh Johnson, the African-American Secretary of Homeland Security has confirmed that the Department of Homeland Security will no longer be arresting illegal aliens at courthouses. Apparently illegal aliens have the "right" to go to court without being arrested. That right does not apply to Americans, who can and will be arrested at courthouses on a daily basis.

DHS Chief Jeh Johnson To Ease Fears On ‘SecureCommunities’ But Won’t Scrap Deportation Program
Mr. Johnson said he doesn’t want agents trying to capture illegal immigrants at courthouses because those who try to access government services deserve special protection at such facilities.
And in a fit of incoherence, Johnson said there was a limit to the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty.
He also said there are limits to prosecutorial discretion, though he gave mixed messages about whether the administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, a nondeportation policy for young adult illegal immigrants, should be applied case by case or to a whole class of people.
Such a non-denial denial preceded the DACA amnesty as well.
Johnson also appeared incoherent with a statement that Secure Communities was on the chopping block, wanting it to be modified to meet the demands of States and localities who oppose it.
“I want a fresh start to this program, and I want a fresh conversation with mayors and governors around the country to make this program work more effectively,” Mr. Johnson told Congress in a wide-ranging hearing in which the secretary laid out some of his broadest public thoughts yet about how immigration laws should be enforced.
It appears that the incoherence of Johnson’s statements are just public relations fig leaf to enable John Boehner to push through amnesty in the summer.
