L.A. Times: How DARE America Deport a South Korean Murderer to South Korea?

I mean, South Korean baseball is barely Triple AAA minor league quality. It would be a crime against humanity to deport this foreigner and subject him to that level of baseball spectating after he’s watched the 111 win Dodgers just because he’s a murderer.

Haven’t you heard of civil rights? You can’t deport South Korean murderer Justin Chung just because he’s a South Korean murderer. That’s racist. Everybody in the world has the moral right to live in America.

Well, except for that guy he murdered. That bastard had it coming.

From the San Gabriel Valley Tribune:

2 men face trial in Pomona Freeway shooting

By RUBY GONZALES | | San Gabriel Valley Tribune
January 18, 2007 at 12:00 a.m.

Two suspected gang members accused of killing one man and injuring another during an August freeway shooting in Industry are headed to trial.

Justin Chung, 17, and Pyung Hwa Ryoo, 18, of Fontana allegedly shot and killed Eric Huang of Arcadia on Aug. 17 after the two teenagers mistook Huang and his friends for rival gang members, detectives said.

The driver of the car in which Huang was a passenger also was injured.

“They were at a party, and there was a confrontation. The Han Kook Boys thought they were from Wah Ching, which was an enemy of Han Kook,” said Detective Kevin Lowe of the sheriff’s Homicide Bureau. “But the victims were college boys.”

Han Kook Boys is a Korean gang with members mostly in the eastern San Gabriel Valley. Wah Ching is comprised mostly of Chinese members, although it’s not unusual to see members of other ethnicities.

Well, okay, to be all technical and pedantic, Justin Chung’s mistaken identity victim, a college boy from high SAT–score Arcadia, didn’t have it coming. But that’s not the point. The point is that the guy the South Korean murderer thought he was shooting at had it coming.
