Mainstream Mongers Of Hate In Lifestyle Magazines

By James Fulford

03/23/2019

Our reporting on race, crime, and immigration get us labeled, for some reason, as a "hate group" by the SPLC and similar organizations, but we aren’t actually hateful.

These guys at New York Magazine are hateful:

Here are 17 chicken sandwiches you can eat without fear that you’re also, however indirectly, supporting our nation’s hate-mongers https://t.co/0AjHYFaVYc

They hate, hate, hate, Chick-fil-A because the founders of the firm are Christian, and have normal ideas about gay marriage, et cetera.

A few years back, the chicken-sandwich overlords at Chick-fil-A said they were done donating to anti-LGBTQ groups. This was welcome news to fans of the chain’s food who did not also love its politics. Alas, a new report shows that as recently as 2017, the chain donated nearly $2 million to organizations with anti-LGBTQ stances. (This is only made slimier by the fact that the chain itself says the donations were made to “support causes focused on youth and education.” So, exactly what are they trying to teach America’s youth? Well, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, one recipient of Chick fil-A’s generosity, is pretty transparent about its feelings: “Neither heterosexual sex outside of marriage nor any homosexual act constitute an alternative lifestyle acceptable to God.” Yikes.)

Try not to think about what New York Magazine wants to teach American youth, and remember that aside from this lifestyle magazine trying to tout New York foodies on non-Chick-fil-A sandwiches, they also encourage government organizations to ban Chick-fil-A from, for example, the San Antonio Airport.

And when the Family Research Council was attacked by Floyd Corkins (right) a black, gay, gunman who'd been reading the SPLC’s website, he said that his goal was “to kill as many as possible and smear the Chick-Fil-A sandwiches in victims’ faces, and kill the guard.”

Then there’s this, from a different kind of lifestyle magazine, touting cord management for desktops:

A messy desk is not a sign of a genius — it’s a sign of a messy person — don’t get it twisted. The fact that “great” men had messy desks, e.g., Thomas Edison (racist), Steve Jobs (a**hole), Donald Trump (racist a**hole), etc., doesn’t permit you to live like a pig.

Tech Computers & Accessories A Clean Desk Starts With Cable Management, and Cable Management Starts With This Gear, by Tercius, The Inventory, February 19, 2018

Now, I know Steve Jobs was considered difficult to live with, I know why they hate Trump, but I don’t know why Thomas Edison was racist, unless it was because he was a white man who lived in the former times.

However, The Inventory is supposed to be for people who buy computer gear, half of whom voted Trump.

Why do they stop in the middle of this pitch for a clean desk to attack the President of the United States? Why can’t New York magazine let people eat a decent chicken sandwich sold by decent people? Because they're consumed with hate.

PS: They're right about Trump’s messy desk. This is from May, 2016.
