It’s interesting how two different organizations cover the same news story. Here’s CNN lauding the fact that illegal aliens (put up to it by their lawyers) can now sue the company that transported them to Martha’s Vineyard in 2022.

A federal judge in Boston has ruled that the nearly 50 migrants who were transported from Texas to Martha’s Vineyard in 2022 in flights arranged by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis can move forward with a lawsuit against the company that dropped them off. https://t.co/mZYHtv0C5y

No surprise, right? Another win for the illegal alien invaders. However, the buried lede is that the aliens’ lawyers cannot sue Governor Ron DeSantis.

Frankly, the judge seems to have wimped out. Rather than get involved in a tricky legal situation between two states, she took the easy way out and blamed the little guy, the transport company. We’ll see if they manage to use lawfare against this company and put them out of business.
