Much like during the 1992 Rodney King riot in Los Angeles when armed Mexican gangs kept black looters out of East L.A., the Mexican Gangs in the Little Village neighborhood — the Mexico of the Midwest — on the West Side of Chicago are out in force driving off black would-be looters.
