One of those convicted felons is child molester Cesar Armando Briceno Rosado.
#USBP agents from the Yuma Station arrested a registered sex offender Friday night. Cesar Armando Briceno Rosado, 53, of Mexico, was convicted in Calif in 2014 for attempted sexual contact with a minor. He will be prosecuted for re-entry. #BorderSecurity is #NationalSecurity pic.twitter.com/8iWNVPAyUo
