My favorite line from Justice Stevens’s Fullilove decision, mentioned by Steve Sailer below, is the same as Kathy Shaidle’s:Unlike blacks, who were "dragged to this country in chains to be sold in slavery, the ’spanish-speaking' subclass came voluntarily, frequently without invitation,Of course, what Stevens meant by "without invitation" was illegally — legal immigrants don’t necessarily need invitations.
