The NumbersUSA organization has a candidate guide. It includes twenty individuals — candidates, unannounced candidates and assorted wannabes of the 2016 election.

It’s often hard to gauge exactly where these people stand on the issues. It’s even harder to predict what they would do if they ever assumed office.

But one has to start somewhere. Thus, NumbersUSA has a complex set of criteria with which to evaluate each candidate, giving each candidate a letter grade, as in school, an evaluation of how good or bad the candidate presumably is on immigration.

The current evaluation isn’t too encouraging. There’s only one candidate with an A (Rick Santorum, mentioned earlier today) and the second-highest grade is a B-. It falls off from there.

Click here to study the evaluation page and expect updates, there’s still a long way to go.

VDARE.COM is not permitted to endorse candidates. This information is provided as a public service, so voters can make their own decisions and even to try to influence candidates.

So check out the page and refer to it again from time to time.

Numbers USA also has a congressional evaluation system, click here for that.
