Rhetorical question:
Why doesn’t The New York Times’s story about the memo that scrutinizes surveillance of President Trump’s campaign aide explain in detail how and why the surveillance was authorized?
Fox News explained it at length — House memo states disputed dossier was key to FBI’s FISA warrant to surveil members of Team Trump.
You’d almost think the Times — which includes these headlines on its webpage today: The Republican Plot Against the F.B.I., Trump’s Corruption of the American Republic, The Stormy Daniels Presidency, and In Trump vs. the F.B.I., Trump Will Lose — doesn’t want us to know.
Credit where it’s due: the Washington Post did it right — see Release of disputed GOP memo on FBI surveillance unleashes waves of recrimination.
