Obama Says No More U.S. Meddling in Latin America; How About No More Latin American Meddling in United States?

At the Summit of the Americas in Panama, President Obama declared that
… the days in which our agenda in this hemisphere presumed that the United States could meddle with impunity, those days are past.
Fantastic! Now can we stop allowing Latin American countries to meddle in U.S. immigration policy?
