On Sunday, we heard from The New York Times about how awesome it is that Toronto’s all-conquering Diverse New People are rejecting Canada’s traditional white-bread sport of hockey for basketball. On Monday, at a victory ceremony for its basketball franchise, Toronto got to enjoy its new vibrant American-style culture:
