Reverend Ike, The Shorter Version

By James Fulford

11/11/2009

The Reverend Ike was an African-American minister who preached the Prosperity Gospel, and if you don’t have time to read all of Steve Sailer’s post below, this will do:

Rev. Ike was on the call in show, and a person called and this was the basic exchange:
Caller: Rev. Ike, I have a terrible problem!
Rev. Ike: Yes, my son, what is it? Caller: I owe the bank $25000 and I just don’t have it.

Pause.

Rev. Ike: First, you must change your thinking. You don’t have a problem. The bank has a problem.

Which is true. The problem is that in the Minority Mortgage Meltdown, we're the bank.
