Romney’s White Share: 56%-53% — Still Low. And Worse Than Low In Washington State

Rasmussen’s Daily Tracking Poll (Oct. 17) shows Romney’s lead down a point, to 49-48.

Rasmussen’s Premium Platinum subscribers learn that Romney’s white share has dropped another point from yesterday, to 56%.

Rasmussen’s poll of Washington State shows Obama 55%, Romney 42%. Romney’s share of Washington’s white vote [subscriber link]:i a shockingly low 45%.

All of which leaves Gallup, which yesterday reported Romney leading Obama 50-46 with a white share of 61%, very much the outlier. Gallup today reported that Romney’s lead had grown a point, to 51-45, but did not provide a racial breakdown.
