From the Washington Post:

March 12, 2021 at 2:38 p.m. PSTA second Georgetown University Law Center professor is leaving the school after an investigation into a conversation between two faculty members that included negative comments about Black students.
David Batson, an adjunct professor, said he submitted his letter of resignation to law school Dean William Treanor on Friday. Batson was placed on administrative leave Thursday after a video clip that showed him talking about student performance with Sandra Sellers went viral.
Sellers was fired Thursday.
âI hate to say this. I end up having this angst every semester that a lot of my lower ones are Blacks,â Sellers said in the video. âHappens almost every semester. And itâs like, âOh, come on.â You get some really good ones, but there are also usually some that are just plain at the bottom. It drives me crazy.â
Batson, in a second clip shared on Twitter, appeared to question his own unconscious bias. But students, including the universityâs Black Law Students Association, criticized Batson for failing to condemn Sellersâs comments.
Batson, in a letter he shared with The Washington Post, apologized.
âIn the moment, my heartfelt response was to point the discussion toward what I believe is our personal responsibility â to be aware of and respond to potential unconscious bias in all our undertakings,â Batson wrote. âI understand, however, that I missed the chance to respond in a more direct manner to address the inappropriate content of those remarks.â
Sure, Batson worried whether it was his âunconscious biasâ that was causing blacks to perform poorly, but any response by a white short of calling in a drone strike on the other white is unacceptable.
Of course, this incident began a massive, vibrant debate in the press about the effect of affirmative action on black law studentsâ grade considering their considerably lower LSAT scores.
Nah, Iâm just kidding.
I searched in Google News for
âSandra Sellersâ LSAT
And found all of two hits:
