The Supremes have let the travel ban stand except for those who can show a bona fide connection to the US. The Court will hear the full case in October.
Hopefully, the Court will finally explain to Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson (who wanted the travel ban blocked and got Judge Robart to agree) that elected officials in state government do not control national immigration policy.
