This sounds like some elaborate hoax by a Steven Pinker fan, but the Blank Slate Monument has been on tour as part of the Racial Reckoning.
Ruining the metaphor, the Blank Slate being held up isn’t blank, it just contains the usual extortionist threat of violence:
