Here’s a transcript. According to Jim Lehrer, the "umbrella topic" was "foreign policy and homeland security." Tell me if you can find any reference to immigration control, border control, or the infamous Visa Express policy.
It doesn’t seem to have occurred to either the Democratic or Republican candidate, or Lehrer, as the certified representative of Mainstream Media, that it was even an issue.
