Obviously, the "No-Fly Zone" in Libya is a bit of a euphemism: it’s really the "We Fly, You Die Zone."What will actually decide the war is the "No-Drive Zone." The linear nature of Libyan geography and the lack of forest makes it fairly easy to starve out the government-held cities in the oil fields of eastern central Libya by bombing supply vehicles head east from Kaddafi’s Surt. Of course, that will be tough on the civilians in those cities whom Obama supposedly started this war to protect, but the election is coming, so whaddaya gonna do?
