The word "immigrant" doesn’t appear in this story. Neither, even more obviously, do the words African-American.
However, if the NAACP does learn (not through the medium of The New York Times) that dozens of African-Americans have been arrested in an operation codenamed "Phish Fry," they will condemn the FBI as racist. And the FBI, not being Louis Jordan fans, won’t even know why.
